  1. Our first rule, which we stick to, is responsiveness. We never forget our guest, even when he has already paid the reservation. The support team is always available to you on the number 00386 (0)41 972 918. If possible, we help you to obtain all the necessary information that you want or need prior to your vacation.
  2. If you book via us, you do not need to sign any contract. On our website, you have all the necessary information that the contract would in principle contain. For us, an advanced payment means the confirmation of the term you wanted, as well as the agreement of the client with the terms and conditions of business.
  3. The term can be cancelled up to 30 days before departure, which means that you get a refund. If the cancellation is given less than 30 days before the holiday, you are not entitled to a refund, and no additional costs are incurred in the process.

If you wish, we also offer insurance for the risk of cancellation (not at the moment!). Please report complaints or problems the same day when you notice them. If you notice any factors that may disturb your stay at the time of your check-in (parking, the equipment of the apartment is not in accordance with the offered, the inactivity of the air conditioner, the noise of the second guest, etc.), let us know immediately.
